Our People

Neil is one of the founding Partners of LeifBridge and a key member of Shard’s Wealth Management offering. Neil has over 17 years’ experience working in financial services. Prior to Shard, Neil was a Partner of LGT Vestra LLP (formally Vestra Wealth LLP) and key contributor in the establishment of LGT Vestra US Ltd (formally Vestra US Wealth Management Ltd), a wealth management business which focused on providing investment management services to US Citizens and expatriates. Neil spent five years as the Investment Director of LGT Vestra US Ltd and prior to joining Vestra Wealth LLP, Neil held a number of roles at Matrix Investment Management and the Ansbacher Banking Group. Neil read Accounting and Finance at Portsmouth University and was recognised as a rising star in PAMs Top 40 under 40.

Prior to joining Shard Capital, Ernst spent 12 years with what is now Quilter plc, in both the multi-asset team at Quilter Investors as well as the discretionary wealth management business, Quilter Cheviot. Before joining what was then still Old Mutual in 2008, Ernst spent 2 years at Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley in London. Ernst has a B.Sc. in Mathematics and a B.Sc. (HONS) in Financial Engineering from the University of Pretoria in South Africa and is a CFA charter holder.

Prior to LeifBridge, Stewart spent four years working in M&A with a particular focus on the Print and IT Services industries. Thereafter, Stewart spent a couple years working for a family office, focussing on investments in public and private companies.  Stewart is a dual UK and US Citizen having spent 17 years in the US. Stewart studied at the University of Alabama Birmingham and has a B.Sc. in Economics, a Minor in Mathematics and Chinese and is currently a CFA Exam Level III Candidate.

Louise joined the LeifBridge team in 2023 and splits her time between Lethbridge and the Debt Capital Markets business at Shard Capital, providing valuable support to both teams. Prior to joining Shard Capital Louise had a distinguished career holding significant roles at the Bank of England, Deutsche Bank, Barclays Capital, Levendi Capital and more recently at Cirdan Capital.
